@AuntyRach Those "Rhododendrons and Azaleas in bloom" are beautiful, never mind their names!
@Bencotto I love this garden scene of yours with the American Mother apple-tree in bloom.
@WillDB You certainly captured that sunlit unfurling harts tongue fern at the right time. Well-done!
@Treeface Superb foliage, that H. 'Marvellous marble'. I have 'Green spice' and 'Mer de marbre', which look similar.
Here are my pics of the day...
Single flower of Clematis 'Saphyra Double Rose'
Clematis 'Saphyra Double Rose' does not want to climb...
Heuchera 'Chocolate Ruffles'. On the left, cuttings taken last autumn and kept in a pot in the shade under the pergola. On the right, established specimens. Aspect does make a difference.
Heuchera x 'Cherry Cola', it certainly deserves its name, with its flowers the same colour as its foliage.
I adore those Heucheras. Do you think dark foiliage does better in sun or shade?? I have a Blackberry Jam one which was munched by slugs so it is in a pot now so just working out where to site it.
