    Crumbs @PeggyTX that is hard going! I can’t imagine having such prolonged heat. Is that typical for you? 
    Mild but sunny spells here - a tad warmer would be perfect.

    It is indeed typical for July - September.  And it's not abating any time soon.  We don's see cooler temps until well into October in Texas.  We haven't had any rain of note since mid-June.  Current 10-day forecast :(  https://weather.com/weather/tenday/l/772d91dce8b213d6d72e88040b3c4558fa8afcee68f53671b24fbc38f391df7f

    You don't know how I envy your milder summers over there.  So conducive to lovely gardens. Texans have to work hard to keep things merely alive, much less "lovely".

    Like yesterday here - no wind, beautiful sun, no cloud, hot.  Lovely. Perhaps some rain tomorrow, we could do with some.
