Send some over here please @VictorMeldrew ! We've just had a light drizzly shower but it didn't do more than wet the surface.

15C 40mph winds scattered clouds, a normal July day for us.
It's 9C overnight, I always get a laugh when people say not to plant something out until night time temps are over 10C.. that will be never then.

I would happily Jenny. My outside jobs are postponed yet again cos' it won't stop raining for more than 5 mins. Amazing what a difference 50 miles & a few hills makes 😏

A pleasantly cool 21C, and we had a bit of rain in the early morning. Only 1.5mm but better than nothing. There's a possibility of some more according to the forecast so I've put the washing out to encourage it :D

  • We had 27C yesterday and should get it today again. All forecast about rain has been wrong, still no rain.
We had the last rain for 2 hours 2 weeks ago. I can't remember when it rained before. The problem started when we had an unusual dry winter.
Looking back into my notes, it was dry in 2009, in 2013, in 2018 and now in 2022, however, this year is the first year where the winter was much drier.

    I my garden.

  • Totally overcast, muggy, no rain expected. Keep watering.

Raining again,  typical for here, kids break up,  weather changes.
