We had a proper snow dump yesterday. Some of fields I walked through this morning were ~30cm deep in places. They're forecasting -8°C for me tomorrow so I've moved most of of my potted plants in to the garage to avoid the worst of it.
We did too, much to our surprise - we don't usually get that much. It's been brilliantly sunny today which is helping it to thaw slowly and up to 6 deg. but it still looks very white out there.
I can't help you there Lizzie, I don't have any photos to post. Sunny here today, what cloud there is is fairly high, windy from the north but not biting cold. All in all a good gardening and clothes drying day.
Had a beautiful sunny day here reached 4.7° around 14.00 but cooling now with a clear sky 2.3° with the barometer at 1013.3 and rising so a cold night to come.
