Befriending the wind... Usually old houses in Ireland are built facing south, window and doorless back facing north.. The old one here 150 years and more was built lying north/ south, very near the ocean. MY dwelling is parallel. Wherever i go outside, the ocean Whatever the interesting angles to small island life, that more than compensates. The weather is life here. Governs everything.
