    After horrible heavy rain yesterday, today is just dreary with fog descending now, can't see the hills opposite. Only about 7 deg.

    Foggy on way to work, foggy on way home. Drizzle in the air and about 8 degrees.

    We were out walking this afternoon and the cloud decended around the peaks of the old coal tips making for a very atmospheric walk, if you'll forgive the pun. Now it's turned into a proper pea souper out there.
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
