Funnily enough there was a picture from here on the BBC National Weather forecast a few minutes ago.
Snow beginning to go now, it has stopped and it rained for a short time.

I’m not surprised there is snow about as it was freezing this morning and has rained a very cold rain most of the day.

The first proper frost arrived this morning and it was 3ºC at 10am when I checked the thermometer. Clear, sunny day but a bit on the chilly side.

Weather here been a bit gloomy with torrential rain this morning - OH got absolutely soaked through his waterproof (not) coat and trousers, when he walked to get the paper. Brightened up after lunch though not enough to tempt me out.
