Palm problem.

This has been growing away in my garden for two years now, it only had three leaves when it went in, but something is happening to it. Have checked and there is no bugs or sign of anything on the plant just the damaged leaves. Please hive mind can you help? Thanks in advance.🤔

    I think that might be from earlier frost damage, when the leaves were just emerging.
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    The top leaf is this year but the lower one which is nearly cut all the way round is last years growth.
