  Looks good for OH and me but Possum won't eat mushrooms unfortunately - taste and texture thing - but I was planning pork and apple burgers with courgette ribbon salad for dinner tomorrow.  I'll let you know how that works out.

  All these great courgette recipes and my plants have stopped producing. 
  I’m about to be drowning in tomatoes. Any suggestions apart from ketchup?

  I’ve got tomatoes coming out of my ears at the minute. Made a batch of tomato soup last week. Making ketchup today. @Obelixx how do you make your passata? I’ll give it a try next week.
