Thanks flumpy. The colour is called Silver Copse. Cuprinol ducksback shed and fence paint. It’s quite thick so I only used one coat, guaranteed for 5 years it says on tin.
Life's tragedy is that we get old too soon and wise too late.
Ceanothus looks great AuntyRach ours got hit with frost damage had to cut the branches back and it has occurred on a few of are neighbours that have it but its fighting back now.
I still have so much to do it’s frightening! All the hard landscaping, pergolas, trellis not to mention a mountain of rubble to shift, but I do have one little patch (still planting!) and a small temporary veg bed (until rubble mountain has gone!), I’ve dug over and seeded a lawn, then promptly dug a load out for a pond ... now removing a load more for a perennial and grass border lol, but this little patch is keeping me going, as well as seeing all your awesome gardens!! Before/after shots which for some reason have appeared in random order lol!!
I really enjoyed looking at the gardens and creative ideas! So I decided to post some of my garden which three years ago was overgrown and surrounded by dark hedging. The last two pictures were taken yesterday and today.
